Job summary

spiderSilk is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge customers and the Silkrunner platform, translating business realities into agentic automation. You will sit with customers, interpret processes, and design implementable agent workflows for the delivery team.

This hands-on, customer-embedded role requires comfort on both business and technical sides, with regular on-site presence with customers in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in forward deployed/implementation roles with customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise and government customers to discover, scope, and structure their automation use cases.
• Translate business processes into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner.
• Challenge and shape customer thinking to design executable automation.
• Own the bridge between customer and product with clear implementation plans for delivery teams.
• Implement, configure, and iterate on agent solutions through to production.
• Work at pace within high-visibility programs with tight delivery milestones.
• Contribute learnings back into the Silkrunner product roadmap.
