spiderSilk is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Leader to drive growth across the UAE region. You will lead a regional team, close multi-million-dollar deals, and align sales plans with the company’s strategic vision.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of B2B and/or B2G technology sales experience.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar targets.
• Experience managing regional sales teams and scaling growth.
• Deep knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
• Subject matter expertise in AI, Cybersecurity, CTEM, or Attack Surface Management.
• Experience selling to senior executives (CISO, CIO, etc.) in enterprise or government accounts.
• Leadership experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
• Lead by example through direct customer engagement and successful deal closures.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team within your region.
• Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and pipeline analysis.
