Job summary

spiderSilk seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our enterprise clients and Silkrunner, translating complex business processes into agent workflows and delivering hands-on implementations with customers. The role embeds with government and enterprise customers, shaping automation scope and driving production deployments on tight milestones, with on-site UAE work and frequent client interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a forward deployed solution architect/implementation role with actual delivery to customers
• Consultant mindset comfortable with senior stakeholders and mapping business needs to buildable solutions
• Strong grasp of enterprise business processes such as procurement, HR, finance, legal or security operations
• Technical depth to understand platform capabilities and design agent workflows
• Experience mapping customer requirements onto major product platforms like Palantir, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner
• Challenge and shape customer thinking and design the implementation approach
• Own the bridge between customer and product with clear actionable implementation plans for the delivery team
• Implement configure and iterate on agent solutions through to production
• Work at pace within high-visibility programs with tight delivery milestones
• Feed field learnings back into the Silkrunner product roadmap

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at spiderSilk you will be the bridge between our customers and Silkrunner our agent orchestration platform Silkrunner lets organizations design deploy and orchestrate AI agents for any use case they have - security operations HR procurement legal sales and beyond Customers know their processes inside out but they need someone to translate that business reality into agentic automation That's you You will sit with customers interpret and challenge their thinking structure their workflows into implementable agent designs and bring back a clear implementation story to the team This is a hands-on customer-embedded delivery role for someone comfortable on both the business side and the technical side of the platform

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise and government customers to discover scope and structure their automation use cases
• Translate business processes - procurement HR legal security operations and beyond - into structured agent workflows on Silkrunner
• Challenge and shape customer thinking identify which steps can be offloaded to agents and design the implementation approach
• Own the bridge between customer and product return from the field with clear actionable implementation plans for the delivery team
• Implement configure and iterate on agent solutions through to production
• Work at pace within high-visibility programs with tight delivery milestones
• Feed field learnings back into the Silkrunner product roadmap

Requirements

• Proven experience in a forward deployed solution architect solution engineering or implementation consulting role - actual delivery with customers not just theoretical knowledge
• A consultant mindset comfortable sitting with senior stakeholders extracting how their business actually works and scoping it into something buildable
• Strong grasp of enterprise business processes procurement HR finance legal or security operations
• Technical depth to understand platform capabilities design agent workflows and work credibly with engineering teams
• Experience mapping customer requirements onto a product platform e g Palantir Oracle SAP Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or their implementation partners
• A startup mindset - fast-moving autonomous and ready to lead by doing in ambiguous high-pressure delivery environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE with regular on-site presence with customers

Nice to Have

• Prior forward deployed experience at Palantir or a comparable company ideally in the UAE or wider Gulf region
• Experience delivering into government or public sector programs in the UAE
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems prompt design tool use multi-agent workflows
• Arabic language skills
