Qualifications

Experience maintaining reliable, scalable infrastructure and building AI agents for production.
Strong leadership and ability to lead a small accountable team.
5+ years in backend or full-stack development.
Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in product development.
Previous startup or founding experience.

Responsibilities

Build AI Autonomous Agentic production-ready framework.
Optimize latency of complex database queries in SQL DB or Elastic.
Add Redis queues and a worker container to execute async tasks.
Design a new ingestion pipeline architecture to increase throughput and cut cost.
Build SDKs or APIs with high focus on DX.
