Role Summary

The Store Operations Manager oversees daily store activities to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and consistent brand presentation. The role is accountable for driving sales performance, maintaining stock accuracy, managing store teams, and delivering an excellent customer experience aligned with GMG policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to achieve operational and commercial objectives
• Greet customers, explain product features and benefits, and demonstrate product usage
• Educate customers on brand quality standards and product specifications
• Advise customers on suitable product ranges based on their needs
• Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, cash handling, and theft control procedures
• Implement in‑store promotions and ensure accurate execution of price changes
• Execute seasonal layouts and sale setups in line with brand merchandising guidelines
• Ensure all products are properly price tagged and barcoded before display
• Monitor stock rotation, shelf replenishment, and accurate stock counts
• Ensure stock administration, dispatch, and deliveries are recorded correctly in the system
• Maintain high standards of store security, housekeeping, and staff grooming
• Support merchandising activities including product placement and visual presentation
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all merchandise stocked in the store
• Ensure continuous stock availability through effective replenishment and recovery processes
