You will supervise warehouse associates, organize shift activities, monitor operational performance and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure customer orders are prepared and handed over on time. The successful candidate will have practical experience in dark store or quick-commerce operations, strong inventory control knowledge and the ability to lead a team while maintaining productivity, accuracy and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Dark Store Operations

• Supervise daily activities within the dark store.
• Manage warehouse associates to maintain smooth fulfilment operations.

Order Picking, Packing and Dispatch

• Oversee order picking and packing activities to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor order preparation against quick-commerce delivery requirements.
• Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
• Coordinate dispatch activities to support timely order handover.
• Identify delays in fulfilment and work with the team to resolve them.
• Maintain appropriate standards for order handling and preparation.
• Support accurate and timely processing of high order volumes.

Inventory Management and Replenishment

• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Oversee stock replenishment activities.
• Ensure products are stored appropriately within the dark store.
• Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments.

Requirements and Qualifications

Operational Experience

• Previous experience in dark store operations or quick commerce is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.
• Strong understanding of daily warehouse operations.
• Practical knowledge of order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Experience coordinating stock replenishment and inventory control activities.
• Ability to manage high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
