• Managerial or supervisory experience in a department store, discount store, supermarket or hypermarket
• Minimum 5 years of UAE retail experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in purchasing, supplier coordination and vendor negotiation
• Ability to analyze sales, margins, inventory and product-performance reports
• Proven team leadership and employee-development skills
• Good knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and inventory control
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Currently available in the UAE
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
• Candidates with experience only in boutiques, showrooms, small retail outlets or unrelated industries will not be considered.
