Job summary

Info Resume Edge is seeking a dynamic Retail Super Store Manager to lead operations for a flagship UAE outlet, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance.

The role overseeing daily store operations, leading a team of associates and supervisors, developing sales strategies, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus; willing to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive retail operations experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the retail store ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.

Lead motivate and manage a team of store associates supervisors and department heads to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management.

Monitor inventory levels order stock and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Handle budgeting financial reporting and performance analysis to optimize store profitability.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.

Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.

Train and develop team members through regular coaching and performance appraisals.

Requirements:
