Job Description:

  • Completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
  • Developing proficient product knowledge.
  • Overseeing inventory control and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.
  • Implementing and uphold the brand's visual merchandising standards.
  • Conducting staff training and development to enhance performance.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
  • Handling store budgets and financial performance, including sales forecasting.
  • Team and performance management.
  • Generating & maximizing sales through client relations.
  • Creating and updating client files, developing a client book.
  • Strong interest in closing sales target.
  • Building rapport and establishing long term relationship with customers.
