Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager to lead all store operations in Dubai. The role requires driving sales performance, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence while managing a in-store team.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, ensuring inventory accuracy, and enforcing compliance with local laws and SOPs. You will coach staff, optimize merchandising, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Dynamic leader with deep understanding of retail KPIs, people management, inventory control and local compliance standards.
• Responsible for profitability, store performance and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and profit objectives.
• Monitor store KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV and footfall trends.
• Lead operations, opening/closing, cash handling and admin duties.
• Maintain brand standards, visuals, hygiene and safety.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Handle customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage stock, replenishment, stocktakes and loss investigations.
• Submit timely sales reports, rosters and expense summaries.
