Job summary

Qureos in Dubai seeks a Customer Service & Sales associate to greet customers, identify needs, and provide product information. You will support store operations, maintain merchandise, and process transactions with accuracy, while contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction.

You will participate in team meetings, stay updated on promotions, and escalate issues to ensure smooth store performance and an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs and preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service by providing product information, offering alternatives, and cross-selling or upselling products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, ongoing promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store and fitting rooms.
• Follow stock management processes including receiving, price tagging, and storing of products.
• Assist in periodic stock takes, inventory audits, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
• Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle cash and card transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proactively engage in team meetings, sales huddles, and product knowledge sessions to stay aligned with store goals and initiatives.
• Communicate operational challenges, customer feedback, or product-related issues promptly to store manager to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
