Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations, optimize sales, and drive customer service excellence across the store. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, cash handling and loss prevention while motivating a diverse team to deliver high standards.

The role emphasizes planograms, product availability, staff development, and adherence to corporate policies, with a focus on creating memorable shopper experiences and strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in a similar role and 4+ years in retail.
• Strong retail operations and loss prevention knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills with a results focus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in compliance with SOPs, merchandising, hygiene and safety.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets while maintaining efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, replenishment, stock rotation and loss prevention.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and integrity of transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and supporting retention.
• Maintain store presentation such as planograms, pricing and displays.
• Coach and develop store teams through scheduling, training and performance management.
• Uphold corporate policies and professional standards.
