Responsibilities

• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and profit objectives.
• Monitor KPIs like conversion, UPT, ATV, and footfall trends.
• Lead store operations, opening/closing, cash handling, admin duties.
• Develop and coach Sales Associates and Store In-Charge.
• Maintain customer-first service and resolve escalations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, stock counts, and loss prevention.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and reports; coordinate with HR as needed.
