Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate Manager - Projects (Store Design) to oversee the lifecycle of store assets, fixtures, equipment, and signage across the network, including warehouse inventory and timely project execution.

The role involves supplier coordination, permits, and authority approvals, with hands-on work at the asset warehouse to ensure accuracy. UAE retail experience and signage project exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–5 years in retail development, asset management, warehousing, procurement, signage, facilities, or similar environments.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and project coordination.
• UAE Retail and Authority Approval experience preferred.
• Signage project experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, documentation, stakeholder actions, and project milestones.
• Manage the lifecycle of store fixtures, equipment, signage, and development assets.
• Develop asset specifications and support standardization initiatives.
• Maintain asset registers and inventory records.
• Coordinate asset deployment, transfers, recovery, and disposal.
• Monitor asset utilization and ensure availability for store projects.
• Support store openings, relocations, and refurbishment projects.
• Conduct site visits and assist with project handovers and close‑out activities.
