The Associate Manager will help ensure that stores receive the correct fixtures, equipment, signage, and supporting assets at the right time and in suitable condition. The position links procurement, warehouse operations, suppliers, landlords, authorities, project teams, and store stakeholders throughout the full asset and project lifecycle. Effective coordination will improve inventory visibility, reduce project delays, control expenditure, and support successful store openings, relocations, and refurbishments.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in retail development, asset management, procurement, warehousing, facilities, signage, fit-out, or project coordination. Practical exposure to supplier management, tendering, inventory control, warehouse operations, and contract administration is required. Experience supporting store openings, relocations, refurbishments, or signage projects will be highly valuable. Candidates should be able to interpret technical, architectural, fit-out, and signage drawings. Familiarity with UAE permits, landlord requirements, authority approvals, and retail signage regulations is preferred. The position requires strong organization, reporting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability. Applicants must also be comfortable working across corporate offices, warehouses, stores, supplier facilities, and active project sites.
