Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–5 years in retail development, asset management, warehousing, procurement, signage, facilities, or similar environments.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and project coordination.
• UAE Retail and Authority Approval experience preferred.
• Signage project experience highly desirable.

Role Summary

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of store assets, fixtures, equipment, and signage, including specification, sourcing, procurement administration, inventory control, warehouse operations, deployment, and disposal. The role owns store signage projects end-to-end, including supplier coordination, permits, and authority approvals, while supporting store development activities through project coordination, documentation, and regulatory follow‑up. The position requires a hands‑on approach with regular presence at the asset warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy, asset availability, and effective execution of store projects across the network.
