Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail development, asset management, procurement, warehousing, signage, fit-out or project coordination.
• Experience supporting store openings, relocations, refurbishments, or signage projects is valuable.
• Ability to interpret technical, architectural, fit-out, and signage drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of store fixtures, equipment, signage, and assets from specification to disposal.
• Develop technical specs for retail assets with stakeholders.
• Maintain asset registers, inventory records, and movement logs.
• Monitor asset availability and shortages affecting store development.
• Prepare procurement submissions and tender documents.
• Coordinate purchase requisitions, POs, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Evaluate supplier proposals against requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Oversee warehouse stock accuracy and asset transfers between locations.
• Lead signage projects from brief through production, installation, and handover.
• Coordinate permits and authority approvals to avoid delays.
