Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate Manager for Store Design Projects in Dubai. The role oversees the operational lifecycle of store development assets, coordinating with project teams, suppliers, warehouses, procurement, and authorities to ensure fixtures, equipment, signage, and materials are available for timely openings and refurbishments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail development or related environments, with strong project coordination and asset management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is required or equivalent.
• Practical experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong procurement, inventory, and asset-tracking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, stakeholder actions, approvals, and milestones across store development activities.
• Manage lifecycle of store fixtures, equipment, signage, and other assets from specification to deployment and disposal.
• Prepare and maintain asset specifications and support standardization across the retail network.
• Maintain asset registers, stock records, inventory documentation, and warehouse data.
• Coordinate asset transfers, recovery, movement, installation, storage, and disposal activities.
