Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Retail to drive retail execution, visual merchandising and project implementation across assigned categories and markets in Dubai.

You'll lead end-to-end retail projects, manage displays, planograms and POSM, coordinate with Sales, Marketing and distributors, and ensure consistent product presentation across retailers and showrooms. Strong multi-market coordination and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail execution, VMD, trade marketing or retail project management.
• Strong exposure to consumer electronics / consumer durables / retail brands preferred.
• Hands-on experience with POSM, POP, planograms and store displays.
• Strong project planning and vendor management skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and markets independently.
• Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail execution and VMD activities from planning through final implementation.
• Manage new product launches, displays, POSM, planograms and store implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end retail projects, timelines, vendors and installations.
• Ensure consistent product presentation and execution across retailers/showrooms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, Training, distributors and retailers.
• Track project progress, budgets, launch plans and management reports.
• Conduct market/store checks and drive corrective actions for execution gaps.
