Role Summary

The Associate - Store Design supports the development and implementation of interior design solutions across Majid Al Futtaim Retail stores. This includes contributing to design concepts, preparing drawings and models, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting quality control during execution to ensure consistency with brand standards and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mood boards, inspiration imagery, and design briefs for new retail concepts
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings to support implementation of design toolkits
• Support monitoring of on-site execution to ensure design quality, accuracy, and time efficiency
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Graphic Design, Product Design, Content Partners, Brand Management, and Business Development teams
• Review technical drawings to ensure alignment with approved designs and corporate standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, guidelines, and quality standards
• Support in-house development of selected concepts in 3D and production of related drawings
