Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the Stewarding Team and ensure seamless kitchen operations while upholding top hygiene standards across our luxury destinations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory stewarding role in a luxury hotel, strong HACCP knowledge, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Oasys/Adaco is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role in stewarding or related luxury-hotel environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food-safety standards.
• Strong organisational and supervisory capabilities to lead a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Oasys/Adaco is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Forbes Service Standards in guest-facing roles.
• Experience with inventory control and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Stewarding Team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring staff to deliver exceptional results.
• Regularly conduct performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Culinary and Service teams, ensuring spotless equipment and working areas.
• Engage with the Executive Chef and F&B management to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain meticulous records of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
• Conduct comprehensive training and onboarding for new stewards on safety and sanitation.
