Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in stewarding or related roles in a luxury hotel.
• Impeccable communication skills, fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Meticulous eye for detail in food quality and presentation.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the stewarding team to deliver exceptional service.

• Trains and onboard new stewards with Hygiene Protocols and safety procedures.
• Contributes to efficient stewarding processes and department performance.
• Resolves stewarding-related issues with a proactive, proactive approach.
• Champions sustainability and waste reduction within the team.
• Fosters camaraderie and motivates team to uphold high standards.
• Generates reports on department activities and equipment usage.
• Collaborates with other departments for smooth workflows.
