Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is looking for a Steward to join our Stewarding Team. The role requires a 1–2 year track record in a similar environment and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistently best-in-class cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas.

You will uphold FIVE's grooming standards and support culinary and service teams in delivering a seamless guest experience, including handling waste, stocking, and assisting during banquets. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar role delivering sensational experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning service quality.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time and adheres to grooming standards with a polished appearance.
• Ensures impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workspaces to meet FIVE-Star standards.
• Supports in coordinating special requests and delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Assists Culinary and Service teams with timely supply of clean dishes, glassware and utensils.
• Manages waste disposal following established guidelines to maintain standards.
• Maintains hygienic and orderly environments in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Assists in setup and breakdown of banquet events for smooth operations and presentation.
• Collaborates with team members to maintain efficient workflow and service excellence.
