Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel based in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the stewarding department, ensuring top cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and banquet areas, and support overall F&B operations.

You will lead a team of stewards, ensuring health & safety compliance, waste management, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, contributing to smooth culinary services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in stewarding supervision, preferably within 5-star luxury hotel environments.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards.
• Must be currently in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and banquet areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of stewards to uphold hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and food service teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Implement waste management and recycling programs.
• Prepare reports on stewarding activities and issues for management review.
