Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Stewarding Team Leader to lead a dedicated Stewarding Team in a luxury hotel environment in the UAE. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory stewarding role and excellent English communication to connect with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory Role in Stewarding or related roles in a Luxury Hotel.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Kitchen Hygiene Standards.
Meticulous eye for detail in food quality and presentation.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Leads and supervises an exceptional Stewarding Team, ensuring a seamless and exquisite service experience.
Coordinates and oversees the cleaning, sanitisation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
Trains and onboard new Stewards, instilling hygiene protocols and safety procedures.
Collaborates with other Departments to maintain an efficient workflow and effective communication regarding stewarding needs.
Generates and maintains reports on department activities and performance.
