Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate should have proven leadership experience in stewarding operations.
• Experience at a similar level or Assistant Chief Steward role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, safety procedures and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory of crockery, cutlery and glassware and manage the stewarding team.
• Ensure clean, safe working environment for the F&B team and compliance with government and corporate standards.
