Job summary

Accor's Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team, maintain cleanliness, safety and efficiency across outlets, kitchens and back-of-house areas.

You will train and motivate staff, coordinate cleaning of equipment, enforce HACCP and health standards, manage schedules and costs, and collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Stewarding Supervisor or similar leadership role in a hotel or large-scale F&B operation.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety and HACCP standards.
• Experience managing stewarding operations in a busy hotel environment including kitchens and banquets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene across outlets, kitchens and back-of-house.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate the stewarding team with effective manpower utilization.
• Coordinate and monitor cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware and operating equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP, hygiene regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage and waste areas for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage schedules and resource planning to support high-volume operations, banquets and events.
• Oversee handling, storage and inventory of operating equipment to minimize loss.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to meet operational requirements and service standards.
• Monitor chemical usage and train staff on safe cleaning procedures; ensure waste management adherence.
