Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5 star Accor property in Ras Al Khaimah, seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the back-of-house stewarding team and uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure efficient cleaning of equipment across outlets and kitchens.

The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, supporting guest satisfaction and seamless F&B

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Stewarding Supervisor role or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Experience managing stewarding operations in a busy hotel environment.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily stewarding operations across outlets, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate the stewarding team to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate cleaning of equipment, utensils, glassware, and operating gear to support F&B operations.
