Responsibilities

• Provide functional assistance and direction for stewarding operations.
• Supervise duties of all stewarding department staff, facilities and costs.
• Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene and product quality.
• Check proper use of chemicals and washing accessories.
• Coordinate with Stewarding Manager on par stocks and storeroom requisition.
• Coordinate with F&B/Outlet managers for daily and next-day needs.
• Maintain health and attendance records and file for casual staff.
• Act to reduce loss of silverware/flatware.
