Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment.
• Oversee waste management and recycling programs.
• Lead, train, and develop the stewarding team.
• Conduct regular training on hygiene, safety, and equipment handling.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks for efficient operations.
• Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary items on budget.
• Assist in planning special events and ensure necessary resources are available.
