Job summary

Emaar is seeking a Stewarding professional to manage day-to-day cleaning operations for kitchen and restaurant equipment in a luxury hospitality setting. You will ensure impeccable cleanliness and adherence to HACCP guidelines while delivering a memorable guest experience.

The role requires at least 1-2 years in a similar position within a 5-star hospitality company, and a strong service orientation with high EQ. Fluency in local hygiene standards and adaptable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

This function is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the day to day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools to maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment required to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• Minimum of a high school diploma / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 -2 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and local Hygiene laws.

Qualifications

• Conduct all operational tasks in Stewarding in line with required service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.
