Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to plan, direct and maintain day-to-day operations and cleaning of kitchen and restaurant equipment, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher in Hotel Management or related field, 1–2 years in a 5-star hospitality setting, and solid knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene laws.

This function is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools to maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment required to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• Minimum of a high school diploma / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 -2 years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and local Hygiene laws .
