Job summary

Dr Nutrition LLC in Dubai seeks a friendly Steward to support our restaurant team. You will clean and set tables, place seasonal decorations, greet guests, seat them, and assist the bartender with beverages.

Roles include keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers, restocking napkins, utensils, and condiments, clearing and resetting tables, and helping with opening, closing, cleaning, and dishwashing tasks. A teamwork mindset and proactive service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set tables; place seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.
• Welcome guests, seat them, serve water, and deliver beverages from the bartender.
• Keep menus clean and present them to customers.
• Stock stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments; assist service.
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
• Assist in cleaning and opening/closing tasks.
• Scrape and wash dishes; put them away.
• Sweep, mop, polish restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
• Move used linen to/from laundry or housekeeping.
• Assist unloading and storing stock.

Duties

• Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths.
• Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.
• Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.
• Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
• Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.
• Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
• Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
• Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
• Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.
• Assisting with unloading and storing stock.
