Job summary

Al Safadi Hospitality is looking for a Kitchen Steward to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and uphold the company’s hygiene standards. You will work with Kitchen and service staff, follow duty schedules, and perform stewarding tasks as instructed.

The role emphasizes reducing waste, safe operating practices, and adherence to SOPs to support smooth Food & Beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the standard of performance.
• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, corridors and holding areas; operate equipment.
• Work in close cooperation with all Kitchen and service employees.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect customers' and employees' health and safety, and conserve the environment.
• Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide a climate aligned with the mission and vision statements.
• Adhere to all SOPs and procedures (SOPs).
• Provide the superior with information on issues of concern to the business.
• Accept other responsibilities from time to time related to the business.

As a Kitchen Steward you are responsible for providing a clean and efficient service as well as maintain the required hygiene standards as per the company standards and procedures. General Duties and Responsibilities:
