Job summary

ADECCO MIDDLE EAST is seeking a Purchase & Sales Coordinator for steel trading based in the UAE. You will prepare quotations, follow up inquiries, negotiate margins, and process orders in ERP, ensuring accurate specifications and timely delivery.

You will source materials, issue PO, monitor supplier performance, coordinate shipments, and support finance with documentation. The role requires 3–5 years in steel trading, UAE market familiarity, and strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of steel trading experience, with knowledge of carbon/stainless steel.
• Experience in both sales support and procurement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations and negotiate pricing within margins.
• Process sales orders in ERP and ensure specification accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery and track order status.
