Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Store In-Charge, Storekeeper, or Warehouse Supervisor in the steel fabrication/manufacturing industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of steel materials, sections, fittings, consumables, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all store and warehouse activities.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming steel materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchasing department.
• Issue materials to production and project teams per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of steel materials and related items.
• Maintain inventory reports, stock registers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse best practices.
