Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker) in Dubai to manage a diverse client portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. You will identify client needs, provide tailored FX/CFD solutions, and drive trading activity while collaborating with compliance and operations for a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in relationship management within Forex/CFD, strong market knowledge, and fluent Arabic.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within Forex/CFD.
Strong understanding of FX/CFD, indices, and commodities.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Retain and maintain new clients, including individual and institutional investors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize trading activity and client satisfaction.
Identify clients’ needs and provide tailored FX/CFD trading solutions.
Conduct regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients to provide market updates, technical insights, and trading opportunities.
Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure seamless client experience.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Promote the company’s brand and trading platforms in both local and international markets.
Represent the company in expos, seminars, and other industry events.
