Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants seeks a Procurement Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to manage sourcing and purchasing for industrial and infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.
• Water project experience is a plus.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of UAE import regulations and customs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, and related procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment meet project specifications and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE import regulations, customs procedures, and relevant documentation requirements.
