Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive for Sanitary & Tiles in the United Arab Emirates to drive product specification in key projects and to build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers.

You will promote the company’s portfolio, maintain deep product knowledge, coordinate with project managers and installers, negotiate terms, secure orders, and ensure timely delivery while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the project

Qualifications

• Strategic specification & sales development: develop and implement targeted specification strategies to promote portfolio collections.
• Project & client relationship management: build and maintain consultative relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
• Product expertise & market positioning: maintain deep understanding of portfolio products, certifications, installation systems, and design trends.
• Contract negotiation & closing: support pricing negotiations and convert specifications into orders while maximizing profitability.
• Project coordination & execution: collaborate with project managers, contractors, and installers to ensure timely delivery.
• Customer service & support: provide ongoing support during the project lifecycle and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product specification in key projects and build relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and developers.
