Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established network with architects, designers, contractors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, closing skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit architects, interior designers, consultants, fit-out contractors, and potential clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate project leads.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and present tiles and sanitary ware products.
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to order confirmation and after-sales follow-up.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain records of client visits, leads, quotations, and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales and pipeline updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
