You will cultivate relationships with architects, builders and contractors, present portfolios, and close quotations and orders while coordinating with operations for timely delivery and installation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project sales, preferably in flooring, tiles or building materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders and contractors.
• Present product portfolios, samples and technical specifications to clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing strategies.
