Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking a highly experienced Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in building materials, sanitaryware, and ceramic products to drive outdoor sales in the UAE.

The role focuses on expanding market coverage, maintaining contractor and supplier networks, and achieving monthly and annual targets through proactive field visits, quotations, and product recommendations.

Formación

• Proven outdoor sales experience in building materials sectors.
• Strong knowledge of sanitaryware, bathware, ceramic tiles and related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Established UAE contractor and distributor network.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE.
• Promote sanitaryware, bathware, ceramic tiles and related products.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, construction companies, wholesalers, retailers and interior designers.
• Conduct regular outdoor visits to customers to generate sales and expand market coverage.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
• Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and opportunities.
• Maintain active customer database and provide sales reports.
• Follow up on projects to secure product approvals and orders.

We are looking for a highly experienced result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in Building Materials, Sanitaryware, and Ceramic Products, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Promote and sell sanitaryware, bathware, bathroom accessories, ceramic tiles, and related products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, construction companies, wholesalers, retailers, and interior designers.
• Conduct regular outdoor visits to existing and potential customers to generate sales and expand market coverage.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
• Provide customers with accurate technical information, product specifications, and suitable product recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active customer database and provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and identify opportunities to secure product approvals and orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the building materials industry.
• Strong product knowledge of sanitaryware, bathware, bathroom accessories, and ceramic tiles.
• Good understanding of product specifications, technical details, quality standards, brands, and market trends.
• Established customer network within the UAE market.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, construction companies, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, generate leads, and convert business opportunities into sales.
• Valid UAE driving license.
