Qualifications

• Умение выстраивать процессы и повышать операционную эффективность
• Ориентация на клиента, умение работать с несколькими стейкхолдерами

Responsibilities

• Владение циклом роста кампании: от идеи до запуска, анализа и итераций.
• Ведение CRM и стратегии перформанс-маркетинга в регионе, координация каналов (push, email, SMS, paid social, programmatic, SEM и др.).
• Разработка и анализ A/B тестов и экспериментов, формулирование гипотез и метрик.
• Участие в разработке региональных маркетинговых стратегий и обоснование новых возможностей.
• Разработка и внедрение стратегий по стимулам и предложениям для клиентов.
• Построение и анализ дашбордов роста, формулирование рекомендаций для руководства и стран.
• Проектирование и оптимизация процессов кампейна: brief → запуск, автоматизация и стандартизация

Seeking an experienced, data-driven growth marketer to help 8 countries achieving Quick Commerce (QC) success on Talabat platforms. The User Growth marketing senior specialist will oversee the development, management and execution of marketing campaigns that help countries understand and adopt strategies that will improve budget efficiency in all user lifecycles while not compromising on growth potential.

WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE?

• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Own each stage of the growth campaign lifecycle - ideation, execution, performance analysis, and iteration, ensuring continuous improvement with every cycle.
• CRM & Performance Marketing Ownership: Own the CRM and performance marketing strategy for the region, setting the direction across channels (push, email, SMS, paid social, programmatic, SEM, etc.) and ensuring they work together as one coherent growth engine rather than in silos. Balance channel-level strategy with overall budget efficiency and consistency of customer experience.
• Experimentation & Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments across campaigns and incentive strategies. Define hypotheses, success metrics, and minimum sample sizes. Interpret results and translate findings into actionable next steps.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of regional marketing strategies by conducting market analysis, benchmarking, and building business cases for new opportunities. Help define scope and gain cross-functional alignment for initiatives tailored to each country's growth stage.
• Incentive Strategy: Lead the consumer incentive front by developing and executing tailored strategies based on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer segmentation.
• Data Analysis & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and interpret growth dashboards to inform campaign decisions and report on performance. Deep-dive into data to uncover insights, and translate them into clear recommendations for leadership and country teams.
• Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable workflows for campaign execution, from brief to launch, that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time. Build reusable templates, playbooks, and automation where possible to optimize the balance between growth impact and speed of delivery.
• Knowledge Management & Best Practices: Serve as the team's point of contact for evolving growth playbooks and best practices. Document changes, train cross-functional partners, and ensure new approaches are adopted in live campaigns.

WHAT DID WE ORDER?

• At least 5 years of professional experience, with hands-on background in marketing channels, consulting, or finance
• A passion for data and comfort with numbers, coupled with experience in quantitative data analysis, measurable insights, and experiments.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels, with solid working knowledge of CRM and performance marketing channels and how they fit together in a full-funnel strategy.
• Demonstrate ability to build and optimize rigorous processes, finding scalable solutions and championing operational excellence
• Customer-centric mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
