Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing channels, consulting, or finance.
• Strong data focus with experience in quantitative analysis and experiments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple marketing channels with CRM and performance marketing.
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Lifecycle Management: own ideation, execution, analysis, and iteration.
• CRM & Performance Marketing Ownership across channels for the region.
• Experimentation & Testing: design and analyze A/B tests with clear metrics.
• Marketing Strategy Support: help define regional strategies and align initiatives.
• Incentive Strategy: lead consumer incentives by market trends and segmentation.
• Data Analysis & Dashboards: build and interpret growth dashboards for leadership.
• Operational Excellence: design scalable workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Knowledge Management: document playbooks and train partners.
