Talabat is seeking an experienced, data-driven growth marketer to drive Quick Commerce success across 8 countries on Talabat platforms. The senior specialist will lead development, management and execution of marketing campaigns to improve budget efficiency without sacrificing growth.

You will own CRM and performance marketing, design experiments, analyze data, and build dashboards; collaborate with country teams to tailor strategies.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional growth/marketing experience.
• Strong data and numerical comfort; SQL is a plus.
• Experience across multiple marketing channels with full-funnel focus.
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive operational excellence.
• Customer-centric mindset and stakeholder management.
