Talabat is seeking an experienced growth marketer to lead data-driven campaigns across 8 countries, improving budget efficiency while accelerating user growth on Talabat platforms. You will own CRM and performance marketing, design A/B tests, and build scalable processes and dashboards to guide regional strategies and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing or related fields, strong analytical skills, and experience managing multi-channel campaigns with CRM tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, consulting, or finance.
• Data-driven with comfort in numbers and ability to derive insights from experiments; SQL is a plus.
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels with CRM and performance marketing.
• Ability to build scalable processes and champion operational excellence.
• Customer-centric mindset in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign Lifecycle Management: Own ideation, execution, analysis, and iteration.
• CRM & Performance Marketing Ownership: Set direction across channels and ensure cohesive growth engine.
• Experimentation & Testing: Design A/B tests, define hypotheses, metrics, and sample sizes.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Analyze markets, benchmark, build business cases for opportunities.
• Incentive Strategy: Develop tailored consumer incentives by market trends and segmentation.
• Data Analysis & Dashboards: Build and interpret growth dashboards and derive actionable insights.
• Operational Excellence: Create scalable workflows from brief to launch, with templates and automation.
• Knowledge Management & Best Practices: Update playbooks and train partners on new approaches.
