RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to oversee spare parts for automotive and powersports brands across the UAE. You will optimize stock, forecast demand and ensure timely availability of genuine parts.

You will partner with workshops, service centers and suppliers to minimize costs, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in turnover and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in automotive spare parts inventory or aftersales operations.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory with ABC/FSN analysis.
• Experience with supplier coordination and lead-time management.
• Proficient in DMS/ERP systems and advanced Excel.

A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Oversee spare parts inventory across automotive and powersports brands, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient replenishment and high parts availability for workshops, service centers and customers.
• Analyze parts consumption, forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stock levels, and minimize excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage spare parts ordering, supplier follow-ups, lead times, purchase planning and inventory costs while ensuring timely availability of genuine parts.
• Coordinate closely with workshop and aftersales teams to prevent service delays, monitor inventory KPIs, conduct stock audits and improve inventory turnover, cost efficiency and operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in automotive spare parts inventory, parts planning, procurement or aftersales operations, preferably within authorized dealerships.
• Proven expertise in spare parts demand forecasting, inventory optimization, stock aging, ABC/FSN analysis, inventory turnover and replenishment planning.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations, supplier coordination, workshop requirements, parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in automotive DMS/ERP systems, advanced Excel and inventory reporting, with strong analytical, organizational and supervisory skills.
