Al-Futtaim is seeking a Parts Advisor in Dubai to support both retail customers and workshop operations by identifying parts requirements, ensuring availability, and coordinating timely delivery. You will use your automotive parts knowledge and sales skills to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to parts revenue.

You will identify parts, process orders in SAP/EPC, collaborate with Service Advisors and workshop teams, and help manage stock with accurate orders and reservations.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Automotive background with good parts knowledge.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar parts operations role.
• Proficiency in Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversational English with basic Arabic-speaking ability.

Overview Of The Role

Are you an automotive parts professional with a passion for customer service, sales, and delivering the right parts at the right time?

We are currently building a strong pool of talented Parts Advisors for future opportunities across the UAE.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting both retail customers and workshop operations by identifying parts requirements, ensuring availability, processing orders, and coordinating timely parts supply.

You will combine strong automotive parts knowledge with excellent customer service and sales skills, helping to build lasting customer relationships while contributing to parts revenue and efficient workshop operations.

What You Will Do

About The Team

You will be part of a dynamic Aftersales Parts team, working closely with Parts Supervisors, Service Advisors, Job Controllers, Technicians, and Workshop teams.

Collaboration is key to ensuring parts are available when required, customers are kept informed, and workshop operations run efficiently. You will play an important role in connecting customer requirements with parts availability and operational needs.
