Job summary

Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Spa Receptionist to join our hotel spa team. You will manage reservations, process payments, and ensure smooth front-desk operations with a courteous, guest-focused attitude.

Ideal candidates have hospitality education, strong English communication, and good interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is a plus as you help maintain a tidy reception area and promote spa services to guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Good interpersonal and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations, payment and tracking procedures for spa facilities.
• Create a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere at the spa reception.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels as required.
• Promote activities and services offered within the Spa.
• Post charges in Micros and carry out accurate accounting procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of locker facilities.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and stocked with materials.
• Encourage sales through product knowledge of services.
