Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi seeks a dynamic Recreation Receptionist to manage health club reception duties, reservations and payments for pool, beach and facilities, and to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, with hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, payments and tracking for pool, beach and recreation facilities.
• Create a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels.
• Promote classes and services offered within the club.
• Post charges and carry out correct accounting procedures.
• Assist the Fitness Instructor and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Keep locker facilities clean and tidy and ensure materials are available.
• Encourage sales through product and price knowledge.
